Refund and Cancellation Policy

The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Evolutionary Research follows a transparent refund and cancellation policy to maintain clarity and fairness for contributing authors. Refunds are granted only under specific conditions as outlined below. Authors intending to cancel their submission after payment are advised to carefully review the terms of this policy.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under certain conditions and are subject to editorial approval. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the journal’s editorial office, along with a valid reason for cancellation.

Processing Time for Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date of formal acknowledgment and approval of the refund request by the editorial office.

Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or through the author's provided account details at the time of the refund request. The journal is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete bank or payment information provided by the author.

Cancellation and Refund Procedure
Request for Cancellation After Payment
If the author's payment does not include Fast Track Publication services, cancellation may be considered under the following terms:

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Payment: Authors who request cancellation within 24 hours of making the payment may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 30% deduction from the total publication fee, in addition to applicable transaction charges.
2. Cancellation After Five (5) Days or Post-Publication: No refund will be granted if the cancellation request is made after five (5) days from the date of payment, or after the article has been published online, whichever occurs earlier.

Important Note
The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Evolutionary Research reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of the editorial and review process. Authors are strongly encouraged to review all submission guidelines, publication terms, and fees carefully before proceeding with payment.
